Course Aims

To highlight the legal duty of employers and employees to reduce the risks that allergens present. To raise awareness of best practice in relation to preventing allergens from harming service users and others To ensure that all employees are aware of the legislation and how they can ensure an allergy free and safe environment for service users in their care.

• Outline good practice in relation to preventing allergic reactions 
• State how to clean, dispose, store, prepare, cook and serve food to prevent
